This VCO features a stable oscillation circuit, high-precision varactor diodes, and high-output power RF triodes, ensuring stable waveforms and robust output power. It operates on a standard 5V supply and offers a wide tuning voltage range for broadband, high-power output. Integrated rectifier filters and RF output matching circuits minimize external component requirements and ensure good output power flatness. The RF output can be directly connected to a 50 RF cable for ease of use. The 7mm x 9mm x 2mm package is designed for direct replacement of similar market products.
